Load In & Out Instructions:
Load-In: Vendor load-in begins at 9:30 AM on Saturday, June 17, 2023. A volunteer will be present at the barricade on East Main Street to allow vendors to enter to unload. After unloading, please park your vehicle in one of the designated parking locations (Downtown Parking Garage, neighboring streets, etc.). In order to avoid congestion in the vendor areas, vendors will have 30 minutes to unload their vehicles. After relocating your vehicle to a parking location, you will have until 12:30 PM to set up your booth. There are no exceptions as the vendor area must be clear for the start of the parade.
Load-Out: Vendors must remain open the entire duration of the event. Event hours are from 1:00 PM-6:00 PM. Vendors may not load out prior to 6:00 PM. Any vendors in violation of this rule will not be invited back for future festivals.
Rules & Regulations:
The festival assigns vendor space only for the promotion and sale of products, information, and services specified in your application. Vendors promoting or selling any other products or services not listed on their application may be asked to remove them from their vendor space.
Food and beverage sales are prohibited for non-food vendors. If you wish to sell food items, you must register as a food vendor in order to undergo Health Department inspection.
Vendors are not permitted to exhibit or promote their products or services outside the boundaries of their assigned space.
Please keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event. Vendors should conduct themselves accordingly and exhibition content should be suitable for all ages.
In order to keep the festival accessible to our friends with disabilities, at no time should the property or belongings of vendors be on the sidewalks.
ALL garbage must be cleared from your vendor space prior to departing. Please do not leave any boxes.
